Ok, is this ship any good and how much is it generaly in the exchange, I am taking the BOP route with my klingon so I am looking for alternate cruiser choices, as stated in another post i have the mirror carrier, Now I am wondering about something with a bit more punch and survivability that wont cost zen (allready have the siege destroyer lined up as that option from zen)

ye i was looking for something to fill the more heavy slot, the raptors dont work with me, I have the bop for general work but i wanted something that could soak up atleast some damage as well as deal it.

I prefer the Normal Vor'cha Retrofit. I find the Tac Ens more useful than a Sci one.
It makes a great Tank, you just use Dual Heavy Cannons rather than Beams.
I was once DKnight1000, apparently I had taken my own name so now I'm DKnight0001. If I ask you a question it is not an insult but a genuine attempt to understand why. When I insult you I won't be discreet about it, I will be precise and to the point stupid.

Very solid ship, works just fine for DHCs, and with the sci seating you can have HE, TSS, and PH altogether, plus all the engineering tankiness and heals, plus CSV1. Fun ship and doesn't require anything fancy.
Mirror Vor'cha is a great little ship and cheap for what you get out of it. Sure it has the seating of the Star Cruiser, but it also has dual cannons and a vastly superior turn rate which makes it solidly a better aggressor. And a very unique skin option.
Polarize Hull makes a nice choice for that extra science slot; also consider a tractor beam. Tractor beams are flexible and useful in a lot of situations.
As a tanking ship, it's fantastic and the DHCs up front provide a really good level of firepower with the turn being perfect for them, the back can be covered by turrets and a torp without an issue, in effect i treat is as a over sized escort, it's reliable, tough and is easily a better choice than the lvl 40 negh'var you can claim.
"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

I just purchased the mirror raptor and i am impressed has a better layout then the free version (changes the mostly useless extra ensign tac slot to a eng ensign) and with a commander/lt. commander tac stations you can run a APB with torp spread and 2 cannon abilites.

The vorcha is essentially a star cruiser seat wise, eng heavy with favor of sci,
The mirror raptor is just as strong as a BoP better hull, less turn, and sadly no battle cloak, but still i would choose raptor over vorcha.
The only downside is that the raptor is essentially the garumba, just with cloak instead of siege (assuming you want a cruiser type)
